Join Angela for Hatha Yoga and Intermediate/Power Yoga every day of the week! Mon, Tues, Wed and Fri, 5:30 - 6:30, Thursday 5:00 - 6:00. Need a stress-break from work? Join us for a lunch hour yoga class, its like a mini-retreat twice a week! Tues and Thurs, 12pm - 1pm.

Ala Nar and MEDA present: Sunday with Sabura! Veil and Drum workshop
Known for her mesmerizing veil work, Sabura will help you learn how to make your veil breathe, suspend, and dance with you, transforming music into movement. In this workshop, we'll cover veil tips, technique, moves, and

transitions, culminating in elegant combinations to different types and tempos of music. In the second half of the workshop, we will work with the drum solo utilizing the "shapes" of the rhythm and melody to create sassy and unique combos and accents. For information and registration, click here.
