Hatha Yoga and Power Yoga - All ages and levels (Absolute Beginner to Advanced) are welcome! Instructor provides individual attention and instruction, and variations of asanas to suit level.
"Ha" - means Sun, "Tha" - means Moon, "Yoga" means Union. Hatha Yoga is the path of yoga that is concerned mainly with the asanas (posture) which brings comfort and steadiness. Hatha Yoga increases vitality throughout all systems in the body, particularly the nervous system, circulatory system, endocrine system, and respiratory and digestive systems. It creates a strong spine and core, tones muscles, and helps create balance and focus. Hatha yoga practice increases vitality, focus, and well-being.
